Biography
Julie Moore is an English Instructor at Green River College in Auburn, Washington. She teaches classes including Pre-College English, Intro to Composition, Intro to World Literature, Intro to Short Fiction, and Intro to Drama. She is the co-author of Crossroads, a textbook that integrates and accelerates reading and writing at the pre-college level. Julie also holds leadership positions in the areas of assessment and Guided Pathways.

Research Description
For the 2023 ISRL, she will focus on internationalizing curriculum resources for pre-college classes at Green River College.
For the 2022 ISRL, Julie Moore created a collection development plan that will focus on internationalizing the Green River College's library collection with her colleague Amanda Chin.
For the 2021 International Studies Research Lab at UIUC, Mrs. Moore developed teaching units that can help internationalize introductory-level college English courses, titled "Internationalizing Your English and DE&I Curriculum". She researched potential research sources for three assignments: a critical autoethnography paper, an annotated bibliography, and an essay on examining the impacts cultural identity has on one's English.
