Julie Moore is an English Instructor at Green River College in Auburn, Washington. She teaches classes including Pre-College English, Intro to Composition, Intro to World Literature, Intro to Short Fiction, and Intro to Drama. She is the co-author of Crossroads, a textbook that integrates and accelerates reading and writing at the pre-college level. Julie also serves as the college's outcomes chair for faculty outcomes assessment.

For the 2021 International Studies Research Lab at UIUC, Mrs. Moore is developing teaching units that can help internationalize introductory-level college English courses. She is researching potential research sources for three assignments: a critical autoethnography paper, an annotated bibliography, and an essay on examining the impacts cultural identify has on one's English.
