Biography
Ph.D. student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign within the Education Policy, Organization and Leadership (EPOL) department with a concentration is Global Studies in Education. Armando's research focuses on sustainable education policy and development, youth agency and social inclusion, and community-based mobilization, entreprenuership, and innovation in LMICs.
