This book discusses secularism, free and responsible media and foreign employment in the emerging 'New Nepal' and suggests that together they are the main crucial elements within the country. The various papers included seek to explore the challenges and possibilities the country has and provide prognoses for the future. The authors suggest that the main topics of the book have not been covered sufficiently and that they will attempt to rectify this through this work.
